The practical answer
The consistent myGemma reference series lists Neverfull PM at 29 × 21 × 12 cm, MM at 31 × 28 × 14 cm and GM at 39 × 32 × 19 cm (width × height × depth). PM is the smaller tote, MM the middle option and GM the larger profile. Other published series differ, especially for MM; check the version, base, open top and side-cinch position. These model references are separate from each KUANGTU item's supplier measurements.

One consistent reference series from myGemma is shown here. Rebag's 2022 guide gives different measurements, including MM at 12.6 × 11.4 × 6.7 in. Do not combine values from the two series or assume that every Neverfull version measures the same way.
Why two Neverfull MM listings can quote different widths
A flared tote needs more than a single width: compare the base, the opening and the side-cinch position. The two cited guides report different reference dimensions. They do not provide enough measurement-method detail to explain every discrepancy. Ask for a tape photograph of the specific bag at the base and across the open top.
Cinch the sides to understand the silhouette
The Neverfull design uses side laces to move between a wider tote profile and a gathered shape. Gathering the top changes access and silhouette; it does not remove the base. Think about where you will carry it, particularly crowded transport or a narrow seat.
Will a Neverfull MM fit a laptop or A4 documents?
A laptop's advertised screen size is measured diagonally and is not its body width. Compare the device in its sleeve with the opening, interior and depth. An organiser also takes up space. If you carry heavy electronics, ask about the actual sample's handle attachment and condition rather than relying on a model-wide load claim.
Separate the classic tote from BB and Inside Out versions
The BB introduces a more compact crossbody format, while Inside Out references use a different configuration. A pouch or long strap pictured with one version is not evidence that it accompanies another. Name the exact catalogue SKU and each accessory you want included in the quote.

What is the size difference between Neverfull MM and GM?
Within the same reference series, GM adds 8 cm of width, 4 cm of height and 5 cm of depth over MM. Do not combine measurements from different guides. Exterior differences do not establish usable capacity, loaded comfort or laptop fit.
Does PM, MM or GM describe a universal size?
No. They identify relative sizes within a model range. Use the exact Neverfull version, measurements and size option together.
Can I choose GM as a flight carry-on?
Compare the selected bag's packed dimensions with your airline's allowance. A model name or an empty, flexible bag does not establish compliance for every flight.
