The practical answer

Use an agreed product reference and a written checklist to compare the sample, dispatch evidence and received batch. Record which units were checked and the result for each check. This practical checklist is not a certification, authentication service or statistical inspection standard.

A practical inspection record

Use one dated record per checked sample or unit; set acceptance criteria with the supplier.

Match the SKU and option first

Record the order reference, SKU, colour, size and quantity. Compare the front, back, base and interior with the accepted reference. Note any difference in lining, hardware colour, pattern placement or included accessories; do not accept a different option simply because the product name is similar.

Measure using a consistent method

Check exterior width, height and depth, then opening and usable interior dimensions where they affect fit. Record units, axis order, strap settings and whether the bag is filled or empty. Agree acceptable variation with the supplier rather than inventing a tolerance from a model guide.

Inspect stitching, edges and lining

Look at seams, handle attachments, corners and edge finish in clear light. Photograph loose threads, gaps, exposed adhesive or lining damage with a reference to the checked unit. Record material descriptions separately from visual observations: a photograph alone does not verify fibre composition or leather grade.

Operate closures and strap fittings

Open and close zips, magnetic tabs, frames or turn locks gently in the intended configuration. Check detachable clips and strap adjustment with the supplier's handling guidance. Record binding, misalignment or a part that detaches unexpectedly. Do not invent load tests or guarantee durability from a brief functional check.

Agree batch checks before dispatch

Write down who checks the order, which units or options are covered, the required photographs and how discrepancies are resolved. A sample result should not be represented as inspection of the entire batch. If a formal inspection is needed, arrange its method, scope and acceptance rules separately.

Record delivery issues against the order

Compare received quantities and packaging with the packing list. Keep the packaging and clear photographs when reporting an issue. KUANGTU's policy provides a full refund for an item confirmed defective; agree the reporting window, evidence requirements and any return-shipping arrangements before ordering.

Check replica grade claims against an accepted reference

A replica handbag quality checklist needs the same measurable record as any other sample check. If the quote uses 3A, 5A or 1:1, ask for the supplier's definition and the differences you are expected to accept. Record the sample, version and agreed measurements alongside that wording. Do not replace a component or function check with a grade label, or describe a visual inspection as brand authentication.

Sources and scope

KUANGTU's published ordering policies and catalogue wording were checked for these procurement additions on 14 October 2026. Supplier descriptions and grade labels remain attributed and unverified unless an item has supporting evidence. No physical sample, material test, product authentication or batch inspection was performed. Confirm the selected order in writing.
