What an enquiry contains
The form collects your name, email, country, optional company and WhatsApp number, product choices, quantities and message. During your visit, session storage remembers the landing page, referring hostname and campaign tags; these are included when you submit the enquiry.
Where an enquiry goes
The website is hosted on Vercel. Submitted enquiries are processed by the website and delivered to sales@kuangtuhandbags.com through Alibaba Cloud enterprise email for our sales team to reply. You can also contact us using WhatsApp at +86 15755596955, operated by WhatsApp/Meta. Draft links open your chosen app; you review and send the message there. These providers process information as needed to provide their services.
Saved on your device
Wishlist, enquiry selections, recently viewed items and recent searches use local browser storage. You can remove saved items through their pages or clear site data in your browser. Optional analytics is off unless configured and accepted.
Optional audience measurement
With your permission, Google Analytics measures page and product views, saved selections, contact-method clicks and successful enquiry counts. Analytics events do not include enquiry messages, email addresses, phone numbers, search text or the contents of email and WhatsApp drafts. Analytics can use cookies and device/network information, which Google processes to provide reports. You can decline or withdraw permission through Analytics preferences in the footer.
Use and retention
We use enquiry correspondence to respond to sourcing requests, prepare quotes, document agreed terms and maintain necessary business records. We retain it only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes or applicable legal obligations. Do not include payment credentials or identity documents in the enquiry form.
