Minimum order and payment
Wholesale orders start from 5 pieces, subject to the permitted mix and model-specific availability in the quote. Payment is 100% before order processing. Sales provides the available payment method once styles and quantities are confirmed.
No order at submission
Sending an enquiry does not complete a purchase, create a reservation or guarantee availability. Pricing, product details, payment arrangements and delivery require separate written confirmation.
Product and editorial information
Product pages show photographs and supplier-listed information. Publication does not guarantee current stock, brand authorization, price, packaging or delivery date. Confirm the specific item and its supporting information before ordering. Labelled concept images are not inventory. Editorial guides are general information and do not replace instructions for a specific item.
Written order terms
An order is agreed only when buyer and seller confirm products, quantities, price, payment, packaging, delivery basis and applicable conditions in writing. A confirmed defective item can be refunded in full for that item. Other claim windows, returns, customs responsibilities and destination requirements are recorded in the quote or sales agreement.
