Start with the five-piece minimum
Wholesale orders start from 5 pieces. Use this as the starting point for your inquiry, then identify the reference, material and quantity you want. If you are testing a small assortment, list each proposed style separately so the response can explain which combination is possible. Do not assume that a category-level minimum also confirms every printing arrangement or material combination.
Separate the style mix from customization
A mixed assortment and a printed-logo order ask different questions. Describe the quantity for each style, the proposed artwork and any packaging requirement. Ask whether these choices affect the minimum and whether any part of the brief needs to change. Keep the confirmed arrangement in the written quote so that a general starting quantity is not mistaken for approval of a specific order.
Compare a small order with a larger request
If you want to compare quantities, request the same specification at each quantity. You may ask about 100, 500, 1,000 and 5,000 pieces, but those comparison points are not advertised discounts. Ask which costs are included, which are separate and whether the same specifications apply to every option.
